What does that mean?
EVERYTHING is included in every package: meetings, Virtual Assistant support, Online Business Manager support, project management, operations management, team/people management, metrics management, content management, content scheduling, product launches, affiliate management … everything a Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager would do is included in all of my packages. Always.
EVERY package includes:
One (1) 15-30-minute weekly check-in/status call each week (optional)
One (1) end-of-week progress update each week - for my own work + the entire team’s projects
One (1) 60-minute monthly planning call each month
One (1) quarterly 60-minute quarterly planning call during the final month of the previous quarter (calls will be as close to December 1st, March 1st, June 1st, and September 1st as possible)
Ongoing development + updates to company-wide systems and processes
Day-to-day management of team members; tasks; projects; launches; business-wide administration & operations
All packages are billed at the same rate, on the same day, every month. Predictable. Easy to budget for. Sanity-saving.
